PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
Community and Group Homes
Evergreen runs homes that serve between six and eight people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The emphasis is upon active treatment designed to help individuals become more independent. These services are provided in a normal home environment. People in these homes receive training in activities of daily living to prepare them for independent living or participation in a less restrictive environment.
Supported Independent Living
Supported Living services provide supports and services unique to the needs of each individual in a community home environment. Individuals are in their own homes or apartments. In this program, 24-hour direct support staff are provided to ensure all individuals are safe, happy, and able to enjoy all the freedoms of an independent lifestyle.
Respite Care Services
