Beth Ann Holmes, SPHR

The Office of Human Resources is responsible for all payroll, employee recruitment, coordination and implementation of Equal Employment Opportunity policies, administration of employee insurance and pension programs and such additional employee-related services as may be needed.

Under the direction of Beth Ann Holmes, Vice President of Administration, this office develops, coordinates, administers and implements all employee relations functions for the corporation. Beth Ann formulates corporate personnel objectives, policies, systems and procedures and assumes responsibility for their proper dissemination, administration, and implementation.
