ABUNDANT HEALTHCARE CLINIC is a subsidiary of Evergreen Life Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. For 60 years, Evergreen has been providing a wide-range of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. People with intellectual and developmental disabilities oftentimes have the most complex medical needs. Yet quality and consistent healthcare for these individuals can be the hardest to find.

This is why we opened Abundant Healthcare Clinic – to provide equal access to medical care to the underserved. The best healthcare comes from practitioners who are thoughtful, compassionate and, above all, qualified. Our medical team is uniquely qualified to treat you and your family members because of our experience in identifying and treating the most challenging of medical cases.

Overview of services:

  • Provide histories and physicals
  • Diagnose and treat common illnesses such as cold, flu, ear infections and stomach aches
  • Care for minor injuries
  • Administer vaccinations and health screenings
  • Perform comprehensive physical assessments for diagnostics and prevention, as well as for school, sports or employment requirements
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, including blood tests
  • Write prescriptions when medically appropriate
  • Coach and educate patients on how to take charge of their health through lifestyle modifications and nutrition
