With more than 100 community homes across the seven states we serve, we are committed to ensuring that individuals can live in the most empowering environment possible. Each of our fully accessible homes is nestled in a traditional neighborhood and offers around-the-clock care tailored to each resident’s needs.

Community homes typically feature three to six bedrooms, accommodating four to eight individuals in a warm, family-like setting. This close-knit atmosphere helps individual flourish, with a focus on dignity, privacy, and respect.

Individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities enjoy regular outings, whether it is a weekend trip to a local event or a shopping trip with friends, encouraging social connections and life-enriching experiences.
