Need Help?

Everyone—even those people with multiple and profound disabilities—can live in the community (rather than in an institution) with the right support. Evidence shows that community-based housing and care lead to higher levels of personal satisfaction and social inclusion.

With more than 100 community homes, we believe that individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities have the right to live in the least restrictive setting possible. Our accessible homes are located in traditional neighborhoods and communities and have up to 24 hours of customized and comprehensive support.

Community homes are typically 3 to 6 bedrooms with 4 to 8 individuals living in them. The family atmosphere that community-home living affords creates an environment where people thrive. Great attention is given to individual rights and privacy. Weekend and evening outings in the community give residents the chance to have fun and enhance socialization skills.
