Whether individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities need occasional check-ins, daily assistance, or 24/7 care, our team walks beside them as they build the skills to live confidently and successfully in their own home.
Community & Group Homes
With more than 100 community homes across the seven states we serve, we are committed to ensuring that individuals can live in the most empowering environment possible.

Foster Care Services are provided to children with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) who are placed in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services.
Abundant Healthcare Clinic
At our Greenville, Tennessee clinic, we offer routine care, annual wellness exams, school and sports physicals, and laboratory services. We also treat injuries and illnesses, and provide comprehensive routine care for patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
