Oklahoma Division Spotlight

In Oklahoma, Evergreen Life Services (ELS) is helping individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (I/DD) build lives filled with independence, opportunity, and connection. Through our Oklahoma Division, we proudly serve 60 individuals in Oklahoma City and Enid, providing person-centered support that empowers each person to thrive at home, at work, and in the community.

At Evergreen Life Services Oklahoma, no two journeys are the same. That’s why we offer a wide range of customized services designed to meet each person’s unique goals and needs, including:

• In-Home Family Services – Helping families across Oklahoma create safe, stable, and nurturing home environments 
• Vocational Programs – Preparing individuals in Oklahoma City and Enid for meaningful employment and career success 
• Daily Living Support (DLS) Waiver Services – Delivering flexible supports that promote confidence and independence 
• Supported Living – Assisting individuals in living safely and successfully in their own communities 

Our mission goes beyond care; we focus on possibility. By building life skills, confidence, and self-reliance, we help every individual we serve pursue a fuller, more independent future.

A powerful part of that mission is employment. Through vocational training and community-based job opportunities, individuals gain valuable skills, earn income, and experience the pride that comes with contributing to their communities. These opportunities create more than paychecks; they create confidence, belonging, and purpose.

As a nonprofit organization, Evergreen Life Services is dedicated to standing beside Oklahomans with disabilities by:

• Serving with compassion through physical, emotional, and spiritual support 
• Providing quality healthcare access, safe homes, and pathways to employment 
• Championing inclusion, personal rights, and the opportunity for every individual to reach their full potential 

While state funding helps cover basic services, it does not fully fund critical needs such as preventive dental care, enrichment activities, employment development, and other life-enhancing programs. That is where generous donors make a life-changing difference.
