Services
Community Homes
Evergreen provides services in typical home environments where one and three people with developmental disabilities live. The program is designed to provide training and assistance to help people become as independent as possible.
Day Program
Designed to meet the unique social, emotional, and educational needs of individuals with a wide range of disabilities. At the same time, each of our Day Programs provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment where adults with disabilities can learn, grow, nurture relationships with their peers and actively participate in the community around them.
Family Support
Provides services on a long-term basis that are geared for either children or adults with developmental disabilities who live with their families, and involves an individualized system of supports based on the family and individual in a variety of adaptive skills.
Supported Employment
This program ensures all individuals who want to work have the opportunity. We strive to assist people with disabilities to obtain real work for competitive wages. Evergreen Life Service staff are trained as effective job coaches and provide assistance that facilitates the individual to thrive and be a productive contributor to the work force.
Vocational and Prevocational Training
Provides opportunities for people to develop work and functional life skills. Day services provide a place outside the home for individuals with all types of disabilities to be active, socialize with their peers and receive needed health and personal care services. Evergreen strives to provide training and support for individuals served to find jobs in the community with competitive wages.
