Services
Community Homes
Evergreen provides services in typical home environments where six people with developmental disabilities live. The program is designed to provide training and assistance to help people become as independent as possible. Evergreen staff are present in the home 24/7 and assist the individuals with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, transportation to work and more. Evergreen also provides services through the Home Community Services Waiver, which provides care for three to four individuals in a home setting.
Day Program
Designed to meet the unique social, emotional, and educational needs of individuals with a wide range of disabilities. At the same time, each of our Day Programs provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment where adults with disabilities can learn, grow, nurture relationships with their peers and actively participate in the community around them.
Cultural Art Center
Everyone has something to share; their ideas, their joy, or their pain. Art can provide individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities with a means to share. On a higher level, talented artists are able to earn money by selling their work in our online store.
Supported Employment
This program ensures all individuals who want to work have the opportunity. We strive to assist people with disabilities to obtain real work for competitive wages. Evergreen Life Service staff help the individual to thrive and be a productive contributor to the work force.
Foster Care
Provides services on a long-term basis that are geared for either children or adults with developmental disabilities who live with their families, and involves an individualized system of supports based on family and individual in a variety of adaptive skills.
Vocational and Prevocational Training
Provides opportunities for people to develop work and functional life skills. Day services provide a place outside the home for individuals with all types of disabilities to be active, socialize with their peers and receive needed health and personal care services. Evergreen strives to provide training and support for individuals served to find jobs in the community with competitive wages.
