Evergreen Life Services is proud to welcome Dr. Janice “Jan” McAlister to our Board of Directors.

Dr. McAlister is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in cardiovascular care, prevention, nursing practice, and healthcare education. She serves with Cardiology of Georgia and Piedmont Heart Institute, where she has been instrumental in developing innovative cardiovascular risk reduction and lipid management programs that have improved patient outcomes.

A nationally recognized leader in preventive cardiovascular care, Dr. McAlister is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the National Lipid Association, and the Preventive
Cardiovascular Nurses Association. She is also a published author, clinical researcher, and frequent national speaker, with a career dedicated to advancing patient care and education.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. McAlister has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to philanthropy, serving for more than 20 years on the Board of Directors for World Pediatrics. Her passion for improving lives through compassionate service and strong leadership
makes her a valuable addition to the Evergreen Life Services Board of Directors.
